RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Primiumkart, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn or unused

• In its original packaging

• With tags attached

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

• Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return address.

• Please note:

  • A fixed return shipping fee of Rs. 300 is paid by the customer.

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
To request a cancellation, contact us via email or WhatsApp.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method (or bank account for COD orders).

• Processing time: 7–10 working days after your return is approved and inspected.

• You’ll be notified once your refund has been approved.
